Explore how topic population, adversarial identities and independent honest downtime affect M4's baseline isolation estimate. The bucket count and pick count are searched against that estimate. The admissions-budget recipe is shown separately: the plotted failure estimate omits admission refusals and larger disconnected components.

The exploratory bucket count can be any integer; it is not the CIP's provisional power-of-two table lookup. The cap recipe and a baseline result below the target do not certify a deployment. See the CIP bucket table and sizing limits. The final gate construction and deployment profile remain open.
